Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead media buying and performance marketing initiatives, driving campaign execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple digital platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn. * Architect and manage paid campaigns, overseeing budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, creatives, and funnels to maximize ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversions. * Drive A/B testing and experimentation on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to inform data-driven decisions. * Lead social media management for multiple handles, ensuring seamless daily operations, ad account management, and alignment with content and design teams. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad disapprovals, account restrictions, pixel errors, and performance drops, while maintaining platform policy compliance. * Develop and implement tracking and analytics frameworks, including Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution. * Deliver detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive campaign optimization. * Execute and manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy development, bidding strategies, and Quality Score optimization. * Support and implement SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, and content alignment, to drive organic growth. * Monitor SEO and SEM performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall digital growth and performance strategy, testing new tools, formats, audiences, and platforms to drive business growth.
