Key Account Lead

* Spearhead key customer account management, driving business growth and leading merchandising and international marketing initiatives * Foster strong client relationships through exceptional communication, order management, and buyer handling skills * Architect and execute product inquiries, costing, quotations, and order follow-ups for a diverse range of apparel products, including knit, sportswear, outerwear, and light woven items * Leverage in-depth product knowledge to inform factory sourcing and order placement decisions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outputs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to drive smooth production and delivery timelines * Monitor and manage sampling, production, quality, and shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery and buyer satisfaction * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, supporting account expansion and revenue growth * Develop and deliver critical reports, order summaries, and updates to inform business decisions and drive growth * Resolve day-to-day merchandising and customer issues with professionalism and poise, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption * Drive overall business growth and development, reporting directly to top management and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions * Utilize strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges and drive successful outcomes * Apply experience working with prominent buyers, such as PGS/Pepco, ALDI, Next, Matalan, LPP, and NKD, to inform business strategies and drive growth
