* Spearhead quality control initiatives by coordinating risk assessments and technical team meetings to ensure seamless proto/red tag sample arrangements. * Drive pre-production (PP) meeting preparations, reviewing size sets, and leading PP meetings to guarantee a smooth production process. * Monitor and enforce buyer quality requirements across all stages of garment production, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and washing. * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples by tracking buyer sample requirements and maintaining open communication channels. * Implement and oversee buyer SOPs and internal quality procedures at workstations, conducting regular section-wise quality inspections to meet DHU parameters. * Champion buyer quality standards, communicating expectations to all relevant teams and personnel. * Leverage PLM and GIN sites to gather and disseminate critical information to the production floor, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * Conduct rigorous inspections, including inline, pre-final, and final checks, in accordance with C&A inspection SOPs. * Facilitate timely approvals from buyer representatives, ensuring a responsive and adaptive quality control process. * Collaborate closely with buying representatives during factory visits, providing expert guidance on QA activities and apprising them of key developments. * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of C&A SOPs, including QMS, mold prevention, and defect zoning, as well as proficiency in C&A web browsing tools like GIN site, PLM, Pivot88, and IAA. * Ensure a safe, compliant, and quality-focused work environment, addressing any issues that may arise and performing additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
