* Drive quality improvement initiatives across supplier and production units, ensuring seamless execution and high standards. * Analyze inspection results from C&A Pivot88 SIS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Lead C&A SIS inspectors in focusing on production-related issues, optimizing their skills and expertise. * Develop and train inspectors to achieve SIS certification, enhancing their performance and adherence to quality standards. * Conduct in-line and final inspections as needed, ensuring thorough evaluation and compliance with quality requirements. * Collaborate with the QMTD team to address quality issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive solutions. * Assess SIS inspector competency through regular observation and shadow inspections, providing constructive feedback and coaching. * Manage SIS productivity, ensuring at least 40% of total USIM is in-line inspected and 100% of total PO is final-inspected. * Leverage expertise in C&A PLM system to inform quality decisions and drive process improvements. * Coordinate proto/red tag sample arrangements, risk assessment meetings, and PP meetings, ensuring timely and effective execution. * Review size sets, conduct PP meetings, and prepare tasks to ensure seamless production planning. * Monitor and follow up on buyer quality requirements, sample requirements, and SOP adherence, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. * Communicate buyer quality standards to relevant teams and personnel, ensuring awareness and compliance. * Disseminate updated information from PLM and GIN sites to the production floor, facilitating informed decision-making. * Perform in-line, pre-final, and final inspections according to C&A inspection SOP, ensuring rigorous quality control. * Facilitate timely approvals from buyer representatives, streamlining the quality assurance process. * Work independently with buying representatives during factory visits, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * Appraise buying representatives on QA activities, providing transparency and insight into quality processes. * Apply in-depth knowledge of C&A SOPs, including QMS, PP meetings, mold prevention, and defect zoning, to drive quality excellence. * Utilize expertise in C&A web browsing tools, including GIN site, PLM, Pivot88, and IAA, to inform quality decisions and drive process improvements. * Bring experience as a C&A-certified SIS inspector, applying expertise to drive quality initiatives and ensure compliance with C&A standards. * Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
