Executive, Quality Assurance / Production

* Spearhead production operations, ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing processes in line with plans, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Drive cGMP compliance across all production activities, maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory adherence * Develop and maintain critical documents, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR), to ensure transparency and accountability * Lead and train production teams, including operators, helpers, and other workers, to enhance skills and productivity * Analyze and optimize daily, monthly, and yearly productivity metrics to inform data-driven decisions * Oversee raw material dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes to ensure GMP compliance and quality excellence * Conduct In-Process Controls (IPCs), verify BMR and BPR accuracy, and manage change control and batch release activities with precision * Architect and implement Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including SOPs, to drive quality excellence and compliance * Manage batch documents, retention samples, and investigate quality incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions * Design and deliver targeted training programs, leveraging Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) to upskill employees and enhance overall quality performance
