Key Responsibilities
* Drive the overall strategy and operations of the European Medical University Admission Centre, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with organizational standards.
* Spearhead admissions counseling, student engagement, and marketing initiatives across multiple countries, including Bangladesh, India, and the Middle East.
* Architect and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, events, and PR to boost brand visibility and student recruitment.
* Foster strategic partnerships with educational institutions, schools, and universities to expand student pipelines and drive business growth.
* Oversee budget allocation, track revenue targets, and monitor student enrollment numbers to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of admission counselors and support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a student-centric culture.
* Cultivate a strong brand presence through media relations, public forums, and consistent messaging across all platforms, including social media, print, and online channels.
* Design and execute data-driven promotional strategies, utilizing insights from student admissions, conversions, and follow-ups to inform marketing decisions.
* Represent the European Medical University Admission Centre at international education fairs, expositions, and media events, promoting the organization's brand and values.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of student admissions, conversions, and follow-ups, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
