* Drive student success by delivering personalized counseling sessions, empowering aspiring medical students to make informed decisions about their education and career paths. * Architect tailored university selection plans, aligning students' academic backgrounds, financial capacities, and career goals with suitable European medical universities. * Spearhead application support, guiding students through form preparation, document compilation, and deadline management to ensure seamless processing. * Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions through prompt and professional communication, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media. * Lead marketing and outreach efforts, participating in expositions, workshops, and education fairs, and engaging with prospective students on social media to promote the European Medical University Admission Centre. * Develop and execute promotional campaigns, sharing success stories and testimonials to build trust and credibility with target audiences. * Manage accurate records of counseling sessions, inquiries, and conversions, providing weekly reports to the Centre Manager and suggesting improvements in counseling strategies and promotional activities. * Collaborate with the Centre Manager and admissions team to track student progress, ensure smooth application processing, and drive enrollment growth. * Represent the European Medical University Admission Centre positively in all public interactions, maintaining a strong brand reputation and upholding the organization's values.
