Senior Manager / Manager – Marketing (Trade & BTL)

* Spearhead trade marketing and BTL initiatives, driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and performance optimization * Architect and deploy integrated trade campaigns, leveraging concept development, budget management, and post-campaign analysis to maximize impact * Drive retailer engagement and sales acceleration through tailored programs, dealer activations, and incentive-driven campaigns * Orchestrate on-ground activations, including exhibitions, trade shows, and events, to deliver high engagement and consistent brand experiences * Manage out-of-home (OOH) visibility, overseeing site selection, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of billboards, hoardings, and transit media * Ensure cohesive brand representation across showrooms through effective visual merchandising (VM) and branding execution * Optimize BTL budgets, allocating resources to maximize return on investment and drive business results * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and drive business outcomes * Analyze campaign effectiveness, generating actionable insights to inform future strategies and optimize performance * Cultivate strong partnerships with agencies and suppliers, driving quality delivery, cost efficiency, and innovation in trade marketing initiatives
