Key Responsibilities

* Drive business expansion by architecting and executing sales and marketing strategies that propel revenue growth and market penetration. * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional clients. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and industry influencers in the construction and real estate sectors. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends. * Ensure seamless distribution and product availability across assigned territories, optimizing logistics and supply chain operations. * Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, driving timely order fulfillment and delivery to meet customer expectations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and finance, to ensure streamlined operations and exceptional customer experiences. * Design and execute promotional campaigns, trade marketing initiatives, and branding programs that amplify product visibility and reputation. * Develop and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decision-making. * Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries, addressing complaints, and providing after-sales support that exceeds customer expectations. * Achieve collection targets, maintaining healthy receivables and adhering to company policies and procedures. * Support product launches, providing training and guidance to dealers and sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
