Key Responsibilities

* Drive business expansion by architecting and executing strategic sales plans that propel revenue growth and market penetration. * Spearhead the development of a robust distribution network, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, construction firms, and architectural institutions. * Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and optimize market positioning. * Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through tailored support and personalized engagement. * Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives that amplify product visibility and appeal. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase product benefits, highlighting quality, durability, and aesthetic advantages that drive customer preference. * Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure sales excellence and achievement of targets. * Develop and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions. * Interface with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery, resolving customer complaints and technical issues promptly and effectively. * Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, maintaining meticulous documentation of contracts, orders, and transactions. * Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, driving business growth and market dominance through data-driven decision-making and innovative sales strategies.
