Officer - Planning

* Spearhead pre-production planning, ensuring timely execution of activities to meet deadlines and targets. * Drive style review meetings with production teams to minimize changeovers and optimize efficiency. * Develop and manage weekly and bi-weekly cut plans, factoring in fabric availability and forecasted demand. * Facilitate daily input meetings to discuss cut stock levels, production requirements, and line-by-color performance. * Conduct weekly shipment PO checks by color and size, collaborating with production teams to ensure accuracy. * Oversee the management of up to 140 production lines, maintaining zero non-productive time and maximizing output. * Leverage Fast React operating skills to streamline processes and improve productivity. * Proactively identify potential production glitches, escalating issues promptly and resolving them in advance to prevent delays.
