Key Responsibilities
* Drive client account management, ensuring timely collection of dues and maintaining accurate transaction records to support financial stability and compliance.
* Lead proactive follow-up efforts with clients to secure installment payments and resolve outstanding balances, utilizing aging reports to identify and address defaulters.
* Architect and maintain precise client ledger entries in ERP or accounting software, ensuring seamless coordination with sales and legal teams on overdue accounts.
* Develop and execute strategic collection plans to minimize default rates, while providing professional responses to client inquiries regarding accounts and payments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly credit realization reports, informing management of key trends and insights.
* Manage cash flow forecasting and collection planning, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
* Foster strong customer relationships to optimize revenue security, while maintaining a comprehensive database of existing clients with relevant information.
* Implement effective communication strategies to facilitate payment collection, including client visits when necessary, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Analyze and evaluate client information to address product and service inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and enhanced customer experience.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

- Familiarity with credit risk analysis and Bangladesh's regulatory environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
