Key Responsibilities
* Drive the delivery of survivor-centered case management services to GBV survivors, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to guiding principles and standards.
* Architect and implement case management services using the GBVIMS+/Primero platform, focusing on timely and accurate data entry, updates, and quality service delivery.
* Lead the development of community-based GBV prevention and response mechanisms by building the capacity of Prevention and Response Volunteers and Community Support Groups.
* Manage referrals and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure seamless support services for GBV survivors, while maintaining accurate records and upholding data protection standards.
* Champion safeguarding principles across all activities, protecting staff, beneficiaries, and community members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.
* Foster a safe working environment by serving as a resource person on safeguarding, providing expertise, guidance, and support to team members.
* Promote and enforce safeguarding policies among team members, ensuring their application in all program activities and encouraging a culture of safety and respect.
* Drive the implementation of safeguarding standards in every aspect of the program, ensuring the safety of all stakeholders, including Programme Participants, staff, and community members.
* Develop and maintain a culture of safeguarding, encouraging team members to report any incidents and following established reporting procedures to address any reportable incidents.
Requirements
Experience
At least 1 year
Education
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in any subject
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge on survivor centered case management for gender-based violence
- Good knowledge of SEA and reporting mechanism
- Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken decision timely
- Understand community dynamics through the community
- Enough knowledge to identify high risky case to ensure services timely
- Knowledge on basic Gender issues and GBV Core Concept and Referral pathway
- Efficient in Microsoft word & Excel
