* Drive adherence to the C&A Code of Conduct and Social Initiative System (SIS) standards, ensuring seamless compliance across all operations. * Architect and execute comprehensive audit plans, leading internal and external social compliance audits to guarantee regulatory alignment. * Spearhead interactions with external stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison during buyer audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections. * Manage audit readiness and documentation, maintaining meticulous records to facilitate effortless audits and inspections. * Oversee Social Initiative System (SIS) management across all EPZ units and central operations, ensuring unified compliance and ethical standards. * Lead quality assurance initiatives, including goods recheck processes, to uphold the highest standards of product excellence. * Develop, implement, and refine policies that embody ethical sourcing and labour standards, aligning with international best practices and buyer requirements. * Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are harmonized with global compliance frameworks and buyer expectations, driving a culture of transparency and accountability.
