Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Multipurpose Community Volunteers to drive effective community engagement, Social and Behaviour Change, and Digital Complaint and Feedback Redressal Mechanism interventions across Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education, and Child Protection sectors.
* Architect and implement community-based primary healthcare services, focusing on maternal, newborn, and child health, routine immunization, disease surveillance, and referral linkages to health facilities.
* Drive high-quality outreach through household visits, community sessions, and referral services, ensuring strong integration of programme activities and improved community awareness.
* Manage and develop the capacity of MCVs through technical guidance, performance management, and on-the-job training, ensuring they can deliver effective nutrition mobilization plans and achieve programme targets.
* Foster strong partnerships with Integrated Nutrition Facilities to ensure seamless referral systems, defaulter tracing, and coordination of services for target groups, including under-five children, pregnant and lactating women, and adolescent girls.
* Oversee the development and implementation of nutrition programmes, including community-based nutrition screening, Infant and Young Child Feeding counselling, and Mother-to-Mother Support Groups, to drive positive behavioural outcomes.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date beneficiary databases, conduct regular field visits for quality assurance, and identify capacity gaps to inform training and coaching initiatives.
* Coordinate community mobilization efforts for nutrition programmes, including BSFP and TSFP, to ensure full coverage of eligible beneficiaries and support the distribution of Multiple Micronutrient Supplements.
* Strengthen community participation and accountability by establishing and supporting peer-based learning groups, such as adolescent groups and Mother-to-Mother Support Groups, and promoting community-based surveillance and referral protocols.

Education
- Bachelor/Honors Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Exposure to MNCH, EPI, or community health programmes is an added advantage
- Experience in Rohingya refugee programmes is highly preferred
- Proven experience in supervising field teams or volunteers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision ability
- Experience in community nutrition programmes (CMAM, MIYCN, BSFP/TSFP, IYCF)
- Knowledge of community health systems, referral pathways, and immunization programmes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take timely action
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High resilience, adaptability, and sound decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Bangla and English; Rohingya dialect is an asset
- Experience in training facilitation and community capacity strengthening
- Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., ODK) and information systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
