Key Responsibilities
* Drive community engagement and behavior change by conducting household visits and interpersonal communication sessions to promote positive health, nutrition, and wellness practices.
* Facilitate community groups, including mother, father, adolescent, community, and religious groups, to foster a culture of positive change and social norms.
* Champion key messages and practices related to health, nutrition, hygiene, education, and protection, ensuring community members have the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions.
* Lead nutrition assessments, including MUAC screenings, to identify and refer malnutrition cases, and support enrollment in nutrition programs such as OTP, TSFP, BSFP, and NSEP.
* Promote essential health services, including ANC, PNC, immunization, and maternal & child health services, to improve community well-being and reduce health risks.
* Identify and refer high-risk cases, including sick children, pregnant women, and vulnerable individuals, to ensure timely access to critical services and support.
* Architect and support awareness campaigns on key issues such as vaccination, dengue, and nutrition, to educate and empower community members.
* Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by promoting the Digital Complaint, Feedback, and Redress Mechanism (CFRM) and ensuring community members are aware of their rights and channels for feedback.
* Manage data and records, submitting regular reports to inform program decision-making and ensure accountability.
* Support emergency response and outbreak control activities, ensuring timely and effective interventions to protect community health and well-being.
* Uphold safeguarding, PSEA, and child protection principles, ensuring all program activities prioritize the safety, dignity, and well-being of community members, particularly children and vulnerable individuals.

- Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent
