Lecturer (Contractual)

* Deliver high-quality lectures and instruction in Statistics, Textile Engineering (Yarn/Fabric), Mechanical Engineering, and Chemistry to foster a deep understanding of key concepts and principles. * Design and develop engaging curricula, course materials, and assessments to drive student learning outcomes and academic success. * Lead classroom discussions, workshops, and labs, utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies to promote interactive learning and student engagement. * Manage and mentor students, providing individualized support, guidance, and feedback to help them achieve their academic and professional goals. * Develop and maintain partnerships with faculty, staff, and industry professionals to stay current with industry trends and advancements, and to integrate real-world applications into the curriculum. * Drive continuous improvement in teaching methods, materials, and assessments, leveraging data and feedback to optimize student learning experiences and outcomes. * Architect and implement effective evaluation and assessment strategies to measure student learning, progress, and achievement. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental initiatives, programs, and events that promote academic excellence, student success, and community engagement.
