Genaral Manager - Operations

* Spearhead the operational activities of a 100% export-oriented woven garments manufacturing unit, driving business growth and excellence. * Architect and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision, goals, and expansion plans, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results. * Drive process improvements by analyzing current operations, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. * Develop and manage annual operating plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and financial targets. * Oversee the entire production process, from floor cut to pack, focusing on efficiency, productivity, quality, and technical excellence. * Design and execute production plans that maximize machine and manpower utilization, optimizing layout and workflows to achieve peak productivity. * Craft strategies to meet targeted productivity levels, ensuring the production department operates at optimal capacity. * Deliver monthly performance reports to the Managing Director, providing insights into progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. * Foster a culture of professionalism, motivation, and mental resilience among production staff, leveraging effective communication skills to drive higher productivity and job satisfaction. * Ensure the effective utilization of company resources, minimizing waste and optimizing asset allocation to support business objectives. * Provide strategic industrial engineering expertise to the Managing Director, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. * Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the organization's goals.
