* Spearhead structural design and analysis of steel structures, adhering to BNBC-2020, AISC, ACI, and other relevant codes.
* Develop comprehensive design reports, ensuring accuracy and precision.
* Drive drawing and design checking processes, while overseeing assigned tasks and responsibilities.
* Facilitate collaboration and communication through coordinated meetings with consultants and internal departments.
* Conduct site visits as required, ensuring project requirements are met and progress is monitored.
* Oversee and inspect construction work, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing results.
* Evaluate and balance economic, strength, and durability factors to inform design decisions and drive project success.
