• Drive predictive maintenance initiatives using vibration analysis to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. • Lead mechanical maintenance operations across the packing plant, unloading systems, and key equipment like VRM, ball mill, and roller press. • Architect and execute comprehensive maintenance programs, ensuring timely audits and meticulous documentation. • Boost equipment reliability by reducing Mean Time Between Breakdowns (MTBB) and streamlining maintenance workflows. • Develop and submit regular maintenance reports, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. • Manage mechanical spare part inventory levels to ensure seamless maintenance and minimize supply chain disruptions. • Oversee the upkeep of auxiliary systems, including compressors, water treatment plants, and pay-loaders, to guarantee uninterrupted operations. • Rapidly respond to and resolve emergency mechanical breakdowns, ensuring prompt restoration of equipment functionality. • Mentor and upskill technicians to enhance their technical expertise, productivity, and maintenance efficiency. • Enforce stringent housekeeping standards, maintaining a clean and organized plant environment that meets operational and safety requirements. • Leverage AutoCAD for layout modifications and MS Office for reporting, documentation, and data analysis. • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
