HR Administration Manager

* Spearhead the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for staff and workers, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with documentation requirements. * Drive attendance management, leveraging manual and automated systems to track daily attendance, late arrivals, and leave records. * Provide critical payroll support by delivering accurate attendance, overtime, and deduction data to facilitate timely salary disbursement. * Foster positive employee relations by addressing worker grievances, implementing disciplinary actions, and promoting a healthy industrial relationship between floor workers and management. * Champion labor law compliance, ensuring all factory operations adhere to the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and Labour Rules 2015. * Architect audit readiness by maintaining comprehensive registers and documents for social audits, including BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and buyer-specific audits. * Oversee health and safety initiatives, including Safety Committee management, regular fire drills, and provision of First Aid and Personal Protective Equipment on the production floor. * Lead facility management efforts, focusing on factory cleanliness, canteen management, and access to pure drinking water. * Coordinate security measures, including personnel management and CCTV monitoring, to safeguard premises and assets. * Manage utility and maintenance services, partnering with external vendors to maintain office equipment, vehicles, and essential services like electricity, gas, and water. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local government authorities, including BEPZA, DIFE, Fire Service, and Police, as required.
