* Spearhead emergency response and development interventions in vulnerable countries, driving impactful projects that support over 20 million beneficiaries worldwide. * Implement innovative programs that bridge immediate needs with long-term livelihood reconstruction and sustainable development, focusing on hard-to-reach areas. * Foster inclusive and sustainable growth through Acted's 3Zero strategy, prioritizing Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, and Zero Poverty to ensure equitable access to resources and opportunities. * Develop and execute tailored support initiatives that cater to local needs, guided by the "Think Local, Act Global" motto and a deep understanding of local territories and contexts. * Manage and expand operations in countries like Bangladesh, where Acted has been responding to the Rohingya Refugee Crisis since 2018, delivering critical support in sectors such as site management, emergency preparedness, and livelihood development. * Drive collaboration and coordination with local stakeholders, international teams, and beneficiaries to ensure effective project implementation and maximum impact.
