Program Management Specialist

* Drive budget planning and execution for CDC Bangladesh, leading the development of the operating budget and ensuring seamless financial management of the office. * Collaborate with the CDC Bangladesh Office to oversee day-to-day financial operations, including partner and cooperative agreement budget development and execution. * Lead financial and business aspects of partner management and cooperative agreement administration, spanning the entire lifecycle of funding instruments, from proposal preparation to close-out. * Architect and implement comprehensive monitoring and management systems for CDC Bangladesh partners, tracking reports, budget implementation, and providing administrative support for cooperative agreements. * Manage cooperative agreements, overseeing administrative, financial, and management activities of partner implementations and ensuring compliance with USG requirements. * Foster strategic partnerships with CDC teams in Bangladesh and the US, as well as government organizations, to advance CDC goals and objectives. * Develop and manage work plans, review partner budgets, and ensure satisfactory reporting to the USG, working closely with CDC Public Health Specialists and technical experts. * Provide expert guidance and support to CDC Project Officers, Subject Matter Experts, and technical staff on cooperative agreement administration and financial management.
