* Spearhead the overall strategy and direction of Home Appliance showrooms, driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. * Architect and implement effective inventory management systems, ensuring seamless product display and minimizing stock discrepancies. * Lead retail expansion initiatives, collaborating with senior management to identify new opportunities and optimize existing operations. * Drive financial stewardship, overseeing documentation, reporting, and compliance to ensure transparency and accountability. * Champion showroom expansion projects, providing operational support and guidance to ensure successful launches. * Source and manage vendors for showroom materials, assets, and logistics, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery. * Conduct market research and site analysis to identify prime locations for new showrooms, fostering relationships with vendors, landlords, and stakeholders. * Oversee the setup and pre-launch operations of new outlets, ensuring a smooth and successful opening. * Mitigate crisis situations and operational issues, developing proactive solutions and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
