Key Responsibilities
* Drive HR excellence as a strategic business partner for assigned departments, aligning HR operations with business objectives to foster growth and success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and planning, to optimize manpower utilization and address HR-related concerns.
* Manage employee attendance, leave, and shift management, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions.
* Architect recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent, meeting departmental needs and driving business outcomes.
* Foster open communication with line managers and supervisors to resolve workforce issues, promote employee engagement, and enhance overall productivity.
* Implement and enforce HR policies, company rules, and code of conduct, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
* Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and feedback processes, to drive continuous improvement and growth.
* Monitor and enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and morale, leveraging data-driven insights to inform HR strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, warning letters, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance and transparency.
* Design and deliver training and development programs, empowering employees to acquire new skills and advance in their careers.
* Support industrial relations efforts, promoting harmonious worker-management relationships and mitigating potential conflicts.
* Develop and analyze HR reports, providing actionable insights on manpower, absenteeism, turnover, and performance to inform business decisions.
* Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Labour Law and buyer compliance requirements, maintaining a reputation for integrity and responsibility.
* Conduct regular workplace assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize employee well-being and productivity.
* Champion additional HR initiatives and projects, as assigned by the Head of HR, driving continuous innovation and excellence.
