Senior Manager, Enterprise Incubation; Microfinance Programme

* Drive the incubation process for new BRAC enterprises, from idea generation to early-stage scaling, aligning with the organization's mission and social impact goals. * Architect and manage the full incubation pipeline, including design thinking, validation, piloting, and scaling, to ensure disciplined experimentation and evidence-based decision-making. * Lead cross-functional teams in design thinking sessions, opportunity mapping, and user insight understanding to develop viable enterprise models. * Spearhead opportunity scanning and idea prioritization, conducting market analysis, feasibility assessments, and value chain mapping to identify high-impact ideas. * Develop and execute experimentation plans, prototyping, and structured learning cycles to inform go/no-go decision-making at key incubation stages. * Foster strategic partnerships across the value chain, identifying and engaging ecosystem partners to support incubation success and evaluating sustainable value chain strategies. * Collaborate with Finance, Communications, Operations, and other support teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment of new enterprises. * Ensure the safety and well-being of team members, upholding the organization's safeguarding policies and procedures. * Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation of learning, insights, and decisions at each incubation stage, driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making. * Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and social impact, aligning with BRAC's mission to create a more financially-inclusive society.
