Key Responsibilities

* Drive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the viability and investment readiness of BRAC's emerging and early-stage enterprises, informing strategic decision-making and growth strategies. * Architect comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses to assess enterprise performance, pricing, margins, and cost structures. * Lead the development of financial insights and diagnostics to validate assumptions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize enterprise growth and investment potential. * Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPI trackers, and post-launch evaluation metrics to monitor performance and inform operational decisions. * Collaborate with enterprise teams to strengthen budgeting, financial discipline, and investment readiness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. * Manage the documentation of financial learnings and best practices across enterprises, contributing to the development of knowledge systems and institutional memory. * Ensure the implementation of safeguarding, ethics, and data protection standards in all financial processes and operations, promoting a safe and secure working environment. * Foster a culture of safeguarding, providing support, guidance, and expertise to team members and promoting the implementation of safeguarding policies and standards in all aspects of work. * Champion the reporting of safeguarding incidents and concerns, encouraging a culture of transparency and accountability, and ensuring adherence to established reporting procedures.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's in Finance
  • Economics
  • Accounting

Additional

  • Strong understanding of financial statements
  • Knowledge of enterprise unit economics
  • Experience in investment readiness assessment
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and scenario modelling
  • Advanced financial modelling and reporting skills
  • Ability to perform sensitivity analysis, scenario simulation, and risk modelling
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical problem-solving capability
  • Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent documentation skills with strong time management and commitment to deadlines
