Warehouse Supervisor (ACI Toiletries)

• Spearhead daily warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch to ensure seamless execution • Drive accurate inventory management, reconciling systems and data to guarantee precision and reliability • Architect efficient stock management systems, implementing FIFO/FEFO principles for optimal rotation of finished goods and raw materials • Ensure stringent storage conditions, prioritizing hygiene and product safety to maintain the highest quality standards • Develop and maintain comprehensive warehouse documentation, including GRNs, challans, and stock reports, to facilitate informed decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and distribution, to orchestrate timely dispatch planning and minimize delays • Oversee loading and unloading operations, optimizing efficiency and minimizing damage to products and equipment • Conduct regular physical stock audits, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy • Lead and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a culture of productivity, accountability, and excellence • Champion a safety-first approach, ensuring compliance with FMCG standards, safety protocols, and audit requirements to protect employees, products, and the organization • Identify areas for process improvement, designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business growth
