Sr. Manager / AGM– Textile

* Spearhead textile operations, driving production efficiency, quality, and excellence across Dyeing, Knitting, and Finishing units. * Architect and manage high-capacity production units, including Dyeing (22 tons), Knitting (15 tons), and Finishing (80 tons of finished fabric). * Drive achievement of production targets with minimal waste, maximizing efficiency and resource utilization. * Develop and implement robust quality control systems, ensuring compliance with international standards. * Optimize production planning, cost management, and resource allocation to boost operational performance. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, commercial, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations. * Ensure proactive maintenance and smooth operation of machinery, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity. * Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams, driving continuous improvement and skill development. * Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, embedding a culture of excellence and innovation. * Uphold strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, prioritizing employee well-being and sustainability. * Compile and present insightful production reports to senior management, informing strategic decision-making and driving business growth.
