Warehouse & Logistics Officer

* Spearhead daily warehouse operations, overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods * Architect a well-organized inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment * Drive inventory management excellence by maintaining precise records, generating timely reports, and reconciling stock levels with finance * Orchestrate local deliveries, leveraging drivers or third-party logistics to ensure timely and reliable transportation of goods * Manage the delivery process from start to finish, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation * Lead the receiving and inspection process, verifying the quantity, model, and condition of incoming goods and reporting any discrepancies * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and project teams, to ensure seamless delivery and material preparation * Analyze and resolve delivery issues, such as delays, damages, or losses, to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction * Develop and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
