* Spearhead the development of project-based technical solutions, driving business growth through strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and Small to Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients. * Foster strong technical relationships with local SI partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution. * Architect comprehensive network solutions for SMB projects, incorporating a range of products such as switches, access points, and gateways. * Craft compelling technical proposals, network diagrams, and product selection documents that meet the unique needs of each project. * Deliver engaging technical presentations, solution briefings, and bidding support to drive project success and revenue growth. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, channel partners, and headquarters, to propel project progress and resolve complex technical issues. * Design and deliver technical training sessions and workshops that empower SI partners with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. * Drive continuous improvement by collecting project feedback, analyzing results, and refining local solution strategies to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
