Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase company projects and build trust with prospective clients.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals with precision and effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, ensuring accurate CRM/database updates and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure synchronized project delivery, leveraging marketing, engineering, and customer service expertise.
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, promotional activities, and event participation to amplify brand visibility.
• Represent the company at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events, capitalizing on opportunities to network and generate leads.
• Pursue and convert high-potential leads into successful sales, driving consistent revenue growth and exceeding monthly and yearly targets.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
