SQA Lead

* Spearhead the quality assurance of our digital products, driving exceptional user experiences across Android, iOS, and Web applications. * Architect and execute comprehensive testing strategies, encompassing functionality, usability, and performance, to ensure seamless interactions. * Develop, review, and implement robust test plans, cases, and scenarios tailored to mobile and responsive web environments, guaranteeing thorough coverage. * Drive testing initiatives, including Smoke, Regression, Sanity, Exploratory, and UAT testing, to validate new features and release cycles. * Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear reproduction steps, logs, and impact analysis to facilitate swift issue resolution. * Fortify critical paths, such as onboarding, authentication, and payment gateways, to ensure bulletproof functionality across all devices. * Conduct API testing, validate backend integrations, and ensure data consistency between the server and UI, guaranteeing a cohesive user experience. * Validate pixel-perfect UI alignment against Figma specs, ensuring responsiveness across various screen sizes, OS versions, and browsers. * Mentor and lead junior SQA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, while working closely with Product and Dev teams to optimize release cycles. * Monitor testing progress, deliver detailed quality reports, and drive process enhancements, ensuring the QA function remains agile, efficient, and effective.
