Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales growth and revenue optimization in designated regions, driving business expansion and market penetration.
* Architect and manage a robust distributor and dealer network, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations.
* Lead and supervise field teams, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
* Drive market development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to increase market share.
* Gather and analyze market intelligence, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
* Oversee credit and collection management, ensuring timely payments and minimizing financial risks.
* Coordinate inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient logistics and timely product delivery.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
* Deliver insightful reports to management, providing data-driven recommendations to inform business strategy and growth plans.

Skills
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent
- MS in Entomology / Plant Pathology
Additional
- Proven leadership in handling regional sales operations
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
