Key Responsibilities

* Drive manpower planning and recruitment strategies to meet factory production demands, ensuring timely hiring for production lines and support departments. * Lead the recruitment process for all positions, from workers to management, and oversee interviews, selection, and onboarding procedures. * Architect and maintain accurate employee records, including personal files, HR databases, and payroll systems, to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management. * Develop and implement effective employee benefits, compensation structures, and performance management systems to drive employee engagement and retention. * Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relationships, handling grievances, and resolving conflicts in a fair and transparent manner. * Oversee compliance with labor laws, regulations, and buyer requirements, maintaining up-to-date compliance documents and audit records. * Collaborate with government authorities, labor offices, and industry bodies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. * Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and compliance awareness, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. * Manage employee exit processes, including clearance, final settlement, and offboarding procedures, to ensure a smooth transition. * Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks that align with business objectives and promote a positive, inclusive work culture. * Analyze and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform management decision-making and drive business growth. * Ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment by monitoring workplace safety, health, and welfare facilities, and organizing regular audits and assessments. * Build and maintain strong relationships with worker representatives, Participation Committees, and other stakeholders to promote open communication and collaboration.

Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Industrial RelationsPractical experience in handling worker grievances, disciplinary procedures, and labour dispute managementGood understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (Amended) and Labour Rules 2015Experience in handling buyer compliance auditsCompliance and audit managementRecruitment & manpower planningDisciplinary action proceduresLeadership and team managementStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office and HRIS systemsMust be fluent in English

Education

  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management

Additional

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Industrial Relations
