Key Responsibilities
* Architect and execute comprehensive training and development strategies to drive employee growth and compliance with company objectives.
* Drive the identification of training needs through performance reviews, operational requirements, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all levels of employees.
* Design and deliver annual training plans, calendars, and programs focused on worker rights, labour law, ethics, safety, harassment prevention, and productivity enhancement.
* Foster supervisory and leadership development through targeted training initiatives for line supervisors, executives, and mid-level management.
* Manage and maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders, including buyers, compliance teams, and trainers, to coordinate specialized training programs.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess employee performance improvement to inform future development strategies.
* Cultivate harmonious industrial relations between management and workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure adherence to the Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (Amended) and relevant labour rules, maintaining a culture of compliance.
* Address worker grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner, in accordance with company policy and labour law.
* Facilitate collective discussions, worker counseling, and dispute resolution to promote a stable and respectful workplace.
* Monitor worker satisfaction and workplace environment to anticipate and prevent labour unrest.
* Lead investigations into misconduct, disputes, or workplace incidents, ensuring thorough and impartial resolution.
* Support senior management during compliance audits, buyer visits, and government inspections, providing expert guidance and representation.
* Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to employee relations, workplace discipline, and compliance.
* Partner with HR, Compliance, and Production departments to ensure seamless factory operations and alignment with company objectives.
* Prepare and submit monthly reports on training activities, industrial relations issues, and employee engagement, providing actionable insights for management.
* Guide and supervise the Welfare, Training, and IR team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
* Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by top management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the company's success.

Skills
Fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking)
Education
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- Industrial Relations
- Social Welfare
- Business Administration
- or any relevant discipline
