Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the growth of institutional sales for electrical products, driving expansion into new channels and markets.
* Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients, to boost sales and revenue.
* Uncover new project opportunities, ensuring Akij Electric & Electronics Ltd.'s products are specified and preferred in major projects.
* Deliver sales results, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and closely monitor institutional sales performance to inform data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless product delivery and project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, informing business strategy and growth initiatives.
* Develop and present actionable sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans, providing insights that drive business growth and optimization.
