* Spearhead welfare initiatives, including counseling, motivation, and problem-solving, to foster a supportive work environment. * Collaborate with the HR Development team to drive routine activities and ensure seamless follow-up. * Oversee the maintenance of welfare facilities, such as canteens and childcare centers, to guarantee a healthy and hygienic workspace. * Streamline leave management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient employee support. * Manage and update employee personal files, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. * Facilitate open communication with employees through regular phone updates and feedback sessions. * Design and deliver training programs, promoting employee awareness and skill development. * Foster positive relationships between workers and management, encouraging effective communication and collaboration. * Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment, adhering to labor laws and company policies. * Supervise childcare services, guaranteeing the well-being and safety of children on site. * Provide guidance on accessing medical services, canteen facilities, and other welfare support, empowering employees to thrive. * Drive compliance with labor laws and regulations, including the Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006, and Labor Rules, 2015. * Resolve grievances, disciplinary issues, and employee relations matters, upholding labor laws and company policies. * Adapt to evolving priorities, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by Management to support organizational growth.
