Key Responsibilities
• Drive the development and implementation of MTB Neo services strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and forecasting models to propel digital business growth.
• Champion the evaluation of new product and feature viability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Architect business requirements for innovative MTB Neo features, fostering a customer-centric approach.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for new and existing features, guaranteeing seamless user experiences.
• Foster strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to amplify MTB Neo's business expansion and customer satisfaction.
• Design and execute targeted campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones, capitalizing on seasonal, occasional, and ad-hoc opportunities.
• Forge and nurture partnerships with key technology players, including Telco, ICT, MFS, and other industry leaders.
• Conduct market analyses and research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging banking technologies.
• Pioneer initiatives to boost customer engagement, increase digital banking adoption, and enhance overall user experience.
• Develop and support market research initiatives for digital banking product campaigns, promotions, and media partnerships.
• Collaborate with media partners to conceptualize and execute promotional activities, driving digital banking brand awareness and customer acquisition.

- Bachelor
