* Drive credit assessments by scrutinizing and analyzing loan applicants' financial data to evaluate creditworthiness and inform Medium Segment credit proposals. * Lead on-site visits to customers and businesses to gather insights on operational, financial, and other aspects, enabling informed credit decisions. * Champion compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements to mitigate risk. * Architect credit solutions by leveraging knowledge of Conventional and Islamic Banking products to meet customer needs and drive business growth. * Manage the credit proposal review and recommendation process, ensuring thorough evaluation and prudent decision-making.
