Key Responsibilities
* Drive customer satisfaction by scheduling service appointments that align with their availability and the service center's capacity.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized greetings, active listening, and prompt issue resolution.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections with customers, identifying areas of concern and recommending necessary repairs or services to ensure transparency and trust.
* Architect accurate cost estimates, breaking down parts and labor costs, and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs or services.
* Lead customers in proactive vehicle maintenance, providing tailored recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and service history to optimize vehicle performance.
* Source and procure genuine Hyundai parts and materials, ensuring the highest quality and integrity of repairs and services.
* Manage the vehicle repair process from start to finish, including inspection, repair, and delivery, to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and repair history to inform future service recommendations and warranty claims.
* Mobilize emergency response teams to provide timely and effective breakdown services, minimizing customer inconvenience.
* Facilitate seamless warranty claims processing, guiding customers through the eligibility and approval process for covered repairs and services.
