Production Officer (PO)

* Spearhead production operations in the soap and cosmetics section, driving efficiency and excellence under the Production department. * Architect and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, aligning with strategic decisions made by senior leadership. * Develop and analyze production reports to inform data-driven decisions, while overseeing maintenance and ensuring a clean working environment. * Lead and supervise production workers and operators, providing guidance and support to optimize the production process and achieve organizational goals.
