Key Responsibilities

* Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, to ensure seamless talent acquisition. * Architect job advertisements, descriptions, and selection tools in collaboration with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent. * Lead interview logistics, participate in panels, and craft offer letters and contracts to secure top candidates. * Manage and optimize recruitment pipelines, trackers, and databases to inform future hiring decisions and ensure compliance. * Foster strong relationships with field offices, addressing recruitment queries and providing support as needed. * Spearhead the onboarding process, including induction sessions, documentation, and employee file creation, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. * Develop and implement volunteer management strategies, including recruitment, placement, and performance monitoring, to drive project success. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records, contracts, and performance documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity. * Design and deliver volunteer orientation programs, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and code of conduct. * Collaborate with project leads to recognize and reward volunteer contributions, driving engagement and retention. * Conceptualize and support staff engagement initiatives, such as team retreats, welfare programs, and recognition events, to boost morale and wellbeing. * Analyze and summarize staff feedback to inform engagement and retention strategies, driving a positive and inclusive work culture. * Implement employee wellbeing and recognition programs, promoting a supportive and motivating work environment. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records, HRIS data, and confidential files, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. * Manage HR documentation, including attendance tracking, leave balances, and contract renewals, to support informed decision-making. * Conduct HR audits, ensuring timely updates and adherence to data protection standards, to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
