Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead daily production planning and execution to drive operational efficiency and excellence
* Oversee and direct production floor activities to ensure seamless workflow and maximum productivity
* Architect and implement robust quality control measures to guarantee high-quality output
* Manage material and component sourcing, procurement, and inventory to minimize delays and optimize costs
* Champion workplace safety by enforcing strict protocols for handling electrical testing equipment, soldering, and rivet machines
* Lead and develop a high-performing workforce, ensuring effective maintenance follow-ups and performance monitoring
* Analyze and report key performance metrics, including rejection rates, machine downtime, and labor utilization
* Drive capacity expansion and optimization initiatives to boost production capacity and efficiency
* Troubleshoot and resolve production emergencies and equipment breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, conduct trials, and implement improvement initiatives
* Foster a culture of cost reduction, budgeting, and production efficiency to drive business growth and competitiveness
