Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies across digital, advertising, communications, and creative functions to propel business growth. * Spearhead new product development initiatives, including portfolio planning and market launch execution, to stay ahead of the competition. * Architect brand structure, positioning, and pricing strategies under senior leadership guidance to elevate brand presence. * Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts. * Translate the organization's vision into actionable marketing plans and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand and marketing initiatives. * Champion creative development processes to craft compelling brand narratives and engaging marketing campaigns. * Establish performance benchmarks, budgets, and market projections to measure campaign success and drive data-driven decision-making. * Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPI analysis, to optimize marketing spend and maximize returns. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and stay ahead of the competition. * Execute ongoing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. * Gather consumer feedback and monitor product distribution performance to inform product development and marketing strategies. * Foster a culture of innovation, generating ideas for growth and brand-building initiatives that drive business success. * Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels, including events, digital platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials. * Partner with sales and channel teams to amplify brand visibility, drive demand generation, and optimize channel effectiveness. * Support day-to-day team coordination and cross-functional alignment to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
