Program Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation-Data Management)

* Drive the implementation of the Sustainable Microenterprise and Resilient Transformation (SMART) project, a joint initiative with the World Bank, to foster resource-efficient and resilient green growth among Microenterprises (MEs). * Lead the development of strategies to promote sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices among MEs, enhancing their overall resilience and competitiveness. * Manage the project's operational aspects, ensuring seamless execution and achieving the desired outcomes. * Architect innovative solutions to support the growth of MEs, focusing on resource efficiency and green growth. * Collaborate with stakeholders, including the World Bank and other partners, to leverage expertise and resources, driving project success. * Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility among MEs, promoting the adoption of green technologies and practices. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including MEs, partners, and donors, to ensure the project's long-term viability and impact.
