Assistant Professor (CSE)

* Lead the development and delivery of engaging lecture and tutorial sessions for a minimum of 4 courses/sections, totaling 12-15 hours of class contact per week. * Design and implement comprehensive course materials, including outlines, calendars, lesson plans, and schedules, to foster a supportive learning environment. * Drive student assessment and evaluation by creating exam questions, invigilating tests, and grading assignments, dedicating 5 hours per week to these tasks. * Manage student consultation and supervision, maintaining a minimum of 1 hour of office hours per week per course/section, and ensuring transparency by posting schedules and announcements. * Mentor and supervise students in project work, internships, dissertations, and theses, providing guidance and support as assigned. * Foster student growth and development by guiding and supervising co-curricular and extracurricular activities. * Perform administrative tasks, including periodic duties and special projects, as initiated or assigned by the Department, Faculty, or University, within a 35-hour workweek. * Represent the University as a faculty ambassador, promoting student admissions and supporting various events and activities. * Collaborate with University stakeholders by attending meetings, providing assistance, and performing duties as assigned by the Dean, Advisor, Chairman, or University authority.
