Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and execution of innovative admissions strategies to achieve short-term and long-term enrollment targets, leveraging expertise in marketing and public relations.
* Architect and implement collaborative efforts with various departments to forecast student enrollment numbers and inform admissions planning.
* Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions, corporations, alumni, and other organizations to facilitate student recruitment and enrollment.
* Design and deliver college visit programs that provide diverse student populations with opportunities to engage with the university.
* Lead the planning, organization, and execution of virtual and on-ground recruitment events, including admission fairs, travel, and event coverage.
* Manage and supervise admissions team members to ensure effective execution of admissions activities.
* Develop and implement comprehensive admission plans for graduate and undergraduate programs, including printed materials and promotional activities.
* Craft and implement integrated communications plans to engage prospective students and parents across multiple channels, including print, email, web, social media, and texting.
* Administer promotional activities that showcase the university's brand and build a positive reputation.
* Organize and host seminars, workshops, admission fairs, and other events that promote the university and support student recruitment.
* Monitor and support student club activities, co-curricular events, and alumni relations to foster a sense of community and promote the university.
* Collaborate with administration and faculty to develop targeted retention efforts that drive student enrollment and engagement.
* Coordinate and participate in special events that attract prospective students and promote the university.
* Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, including banks, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, schools, colleges, and NGOs.
* Train and develop admissions team members to effectively counsel and recruit prospective students.
* Oversee social media presence, including editing content and communicating with senior leadership, such as the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Deans, and Chairpersons.

- Masters
Additional
- Extensive experience in education or admissions
- Understanding of statistics, admissions requirements and procedures, and financial aid application processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret information and sales and marketing skills
- Must be capable of working independently and guiding and supervising other members of the Admission Office
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, networking, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Pro-active, honest, sincere, hard working & Self Motivated
- Problem-solving ability and solid communication and counseling knowledge
- Excellent computer literacy (especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and software skills)
