Assistant Professor (Law, English)

* Drive academic excellence by teaching 4-6 courses/sections, delivering 12-18 hours of lectures, tutorials, and practical classes per week. * Architect comprehensive course materials, including outlines, calendars, lesson plans, and schedules, to facilitate engaging learning experiences. * Lead assessment and evaluation processes by designing exams, invigilating tests, and grading assignments, ensuring academic integrity and rigor. * Foster student growth through dedicated office hours, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to students, with a minimum of 1 hour per week per course/section. * Spearhead student projects, internships, dissertations, and theses, offering expert supervision and guidance to ensure successful outcomes. * Champion co-curricular and extracurricular activities, empowering students to develop holistic skills and interests. * Manage administrative tasks, including periodic duties and special projects, to support the Department, Faculty, and University. * Represent the University as a faculty ambassador, promoting admissions, and supporting events, activities, and initiatives that enhance the institution's reputation. * Collaborate with University stakeholders, attending meetings, and providing assistance as needed to drive strategic objectives and goals. * Embody the University's values, performing duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Dean, Advisor, Chairman, or University authority, to contribute to the institution's mission and success.
