Lecturer (CSE)

* Drive academic excellence by teaching a minimum of 4 courses/sections, delivering 12-15 hours of lectures and tutorials per week, and creating engaging course materials. * Design and deliver comprehensive course outlines, calendars, lesson plans, and schedules to support student learning and success. * Lead examination processes, including question preparation, test and exam invigilation, script marking, and grading, dedicating 5 hours per week to these tasks. * Foster student growth through regular consultation and supervision, maintaining a minimum of 1 hour of office hours per week per course/section, and ensuring transparency around availability. * Mentor and supervise students in project work, internships, dissertations, and theses, providing guidance and support as needed. * Empower students to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, guiding and supervising their efforts to promote holistic development. * Contribute to administrative tasks, undertaking periodic duties and responsibilities as required, within or outside the standard 35-hour workweek. * Represent the University as a faculty ambassador, promoting admissions and supporting recruitment efforts. * Collaborate with University stakeholders, attending meetings, and participating in events and activities that promote the institution's interests. * Provide support and assistance to various University initiatives, serving as a faculty representative and championing the University's mission and values. * Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the Dean, Advisor, Chairman, or University authority, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the University's success.
